El 16 de diciembre, El Comercio publicó el resumen de una entrevista realizada conmigo para la página “Posdata”, en parte biográfico y en parte sobre los retos para la investigación en este país.  Termino el año nuevamente agradecida con el Perú por todas las oportunidades que me ha brindado.  Solo espero haberle devuelto en algo el favor, a través de mi trabajo y compromiso de vida.

Translation:  On December 16, the El Comercio newspaper published the summary of an interview with me on the “Posdata” back page. It is partly biographical and partly about the challenges to doing research in this country.  I end this year very grateful to Peru for all of the opportunities it has given me, and I just hope to have retured part of the favor, through my work and life commitment.
